My house is built from sustainable Structural Bamboo and is fully building code compliant, I have insurance and I did a mortgage refinance once it was finished. The house kit was prefabricated in Vietnam by a company called Bamboo Technologies. This 5 min video documents the assembly of the house over the course of three days.
